Use this form to report non emergency repairs only do not use the online report a repair form for emergency repairs.

 

If you need to report an emergency repair during the day contact the main office number 020 8493 7160.

 

When you report the repair please tell us precisely the nature of the defect and give us a telephone number to contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.

 

If you are not satisfied with any repairs do not sign the Tenant satisfaction sheet. We will not pay the invoice if you are dissatisfied.
