Rechargeable Repairs

Most repairs to your home will be completed by one of our approved contractors, however there are some repairs that are your responsibility.

– As per your tenancy agreement, all tenants are responsible for keeping their homes in a good condition and carrying out minor repair works such as replacing a tap kit or lock.
