DHP – Discretionary Housing Payment

Any tenant in receipt of housing benefit or universal credit who:

  1. Is at risk of losing their home due to rent arrears
  2. Have a shortfall between their rent and housing benefit/universal credit and are facing financial hardship

Apply directly to the local authority who are paying your Housing Benefit or to the Dept of Work & Pensions who pay your Universal Credit

Energy Rebate – £150

Any resident who pays Council Tax and lives in band A – D or lives in bands A – H and receives Council Tax Support. Everyone should have received their payment by now. If you have not, if you have not, contact your local Council Tax department. It is advisable to apply before September.
