TCHA welcomes Andrew Furtek as our new Chief Executive

TCHA are very pleased to announce that Andrew Furtek has been appointed as our new Chief Executive.  Andrew is an experienced housing professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has a career spanning some 36 years!

Andrew has previously held senior positions in large and small housing providers including Assistant Director roles with Circle Housing, Head of Operations at Ekaya Housing Association, Head of Housing at Housing Solutions and Chief Executive at Leathermarket JMB.

Andrew says: “I’m delighted to be appointed to this role and I’m looking forward to working with residents, staff and stakeholders to deliver excellent housing services for our community.  I know how valuable and important a decent and safe home is and we aim to deliver this, as well as a great service shaped and informed by our residents.”

Andrew has already been out with the team visiting residents and hopes to do more of this over time.  Andrew is also keen to get more residents involved in shaping how TCHA delivers services and supports residents.  If you’d like more information about this, please do get in touch.
